What is a Hope Scholarship Programs
Hope Scholarship was established by the governor of Georgia Zell Miller in 1993 to provide access to education to students who find it difficult to gain admission to colleges for higher education. It provides financial assistance only to eligible students where students need to maintain good academic scores in their graduation or high school education.
